My name is Nikki and I was notorious in my youth for my inability and lack of desire to cook. That all changed when I met my husband. We learned to cook together. We are both Tampa Bay Buccaneers fans; we challenged ourselves to create a menu from opposing teams' cuisines. It has been a fantastically fun culinary adventure.

***2021***
Tampa Bay--->Atlanta--->South Georgia--->Arizona We are now living in Arizona. Will we be cheering on the Cardinals? Yes. Will we always be Bucs fans? Yes. I have no theme this year, I am just trying to enjoy life, and football day, as it comes.

***Update for the 2015 Season***
This summer we moved to Atlanta. I am indeed ready to "Rise Up", Dirty Bird around the kitchen, and meet the challenge of cooking according to the Falcons' schedule. Send me any recipes you want me to link back to, football fans.

****Update for the 2016 Season****
It's nacho problem, I'll come up with your game day eats! This season, I will be creating team-based nacho dishes. Feel free to share any nacho ideas or links to recipes that you would like me to share.

*****2017 Update*****
I may not be fully recovered from Super Bowl LI. To the delight of my husband, this season I will be focusing on regionally-based pizza recipes for your game day needs.

This blog is not sponsored by or affiliated with the NFL. I'm just a fan of food and football.
