Chicago Bears Pizza Nachos
Cut two pitas into eighths. Drizzle with olive oil. Top with cracked pepper and garlic salt. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
Melt 2 TBSP of Butter with 2 TBSP of flour. Stir.
Whisk in 1 cup of milk.
Add 6 ounces of shredded mozzarella, continuously stirring.
Stir in one pinch of garlic salt and one pinch of oregano.
Add 1/2 cup of pizza sauce, stir.
Top with pizza sauce, black olives, pepperoni, and parmesan cheese. Or whatever your little pizza loving heart desires.
